Ofs function

      PURPOSE:  Returns the offset of a specified object

         UNIT:  System

  RESULT TYPE:  Word

      REMARKS:  x may be any variable, procedure, or function identifier.
                The result is of the type word, and is the offset part of
                the address of x.
